Mr. Zuik Kiler is the driving force behind Camper World, a pioneering Indian enterprise that’s reshaping how a new generation travels, explores, and connects with the outdoors. As Founder and CEO, he is passionate about empowering young minds, creating career opportunities, and promoting adventurous, responsible, and sustainable travel. With over 25 years of experience across tourism, cargo, airline, hospitality, and aviation sectors, Mr. Kiler has worked with leading international travel and airline companies, earning him widespread recognition in both Indian and global circles.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Capital Empowerment, with a focus on the travel industry, and an MBA in Travel, Tourism & Airline Hospitality Management. Deeply committed to education and skill-building, Mr. Kiler is also a recognized training partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), equipping aspiring professionals in travel, tourism, hospitality, and airline services with globally aligned training programs.
Under his leadership, Camper World has grown into a vibrant, future-ready brand offering a complete outdoor travel ecosystem. Its portfolio includes a Travel and Camping Accessory Store, custom camping tours and holiday experiences, Tripper Motors & Caravan Rentals, and a Glamping Home Manufacturing & Integration Division, supporting the development of some of India’s most stylish and sustainable resorts. The company also operates a comprehensive travel support desk, offering streamlined access to bookings for flights, trains, buses, cars, bikes, stays, food, cargo, and shipping—all through one trusted platform.
An avid traveler himself, Mr. Kiler has explored numerous Asian countries, gaining insights that fuel his innovative thinking. He is a strong advocate for sustainable tourism, especially in Kerala, where he champions eco-conscious practices that support communities and protect local heritage. Since 2002, he has also served as Chairman of the Sian International Group of Concerns, a diversified business group built on trust, quality, and innovation.
In all his ventures, Mr. Zuik Kiler remains committed to empowering people and enriching travel. His work is rooted in integrity, driven by innovation, and focused on creating a future of travel that is meaningful, accessible, and inspiring.
